• Full payment is required when placing an order
• Stock items were purchased during sale events or at the outlets. Therefore some of them might have been in the display cases. They are normally in a perfect condition but they might not look sparkling new.
• Ask as many questions to clarify any uncertainties.
• It is very important to note that colors might not be exact due to lighting and monitor settings.
• All measurements are approximate
• Once payment is made, the order is considered confirmed and final. Changes are not allowed due to limited stock
• Cancellation after payment will forfeit all the money deposited
• We reserves the right to:

1. change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that V & A Royal Ware Collection's shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and;                                                                                                                                        
2. change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
